While walking from one building to another, he was crushed by a front-end loader operated by a contractor from another company. He was life-flighted to Grady, where he underwent multiple surgeries to his chest (sternum), arms, legs, and skull.
The workers’ compensation insurance carrier covered his medical bills and lost wages, which totaled well over $1 million dollars. A claim was also filed against the company that owned and operated the front-end loader, which crushed our client.
