Attorney Joseph W. Brown II

In nearly every case, my clients are up against large corporations, insurance companies, or healthcare systems with far greater resources. I believe everyone deserves to have someone in their corner who understands the law, knows how to navigate complex claims, and is committed to protecting their rights every step of the way.
To me, workers' compensation and medical malpractice are "David v. Goliath" areas of the law. My clients are often hardworking people whose lives have been changed in an instant. Whether someone is injured while simply doing their job or harmed by the negligence of a medical provider, they deserve an advocate who is willing to stand beside them when the odds seem stacked against them.
Helping injured individuals pursue the justice and compensation they deserve is one of the most rewarding parts of my career. I take pride in providing honest guidance, responsive communication, and dedicated representation so my clients can focus on rebuilding their lives while I focus on protecting their future.
My goal is for every client to feel heard, supported, and confident that they have an attorney who will fight tirelessly on their behalf from the first conversation through the resolution of their case.

To me, workers' compensation and medical malpractice are "David v. Goliath" areas of the law. In both instances, my clients are up against large corporations and insurance companies with unlimited resources. Helping these clients receive justice is a very gratifying endeavor.
